- How long extra do "special orders take"
If you saw the message "Limited Items in Stock - May Require Extra time for Delivery" it can add anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks to your order. The large majority are less than a week ... but there are a select few that require a longer period of time. If in doubt feel free to email or call the shipping department to find out exactly how much longer.

A street address is required for delivery. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, following receipt of payment or credit card approval. You can expect delivery within 1-2 weeks of the shipping date.

Your shipping costs are calculated according to the total value of your purchases and are charged in Canadian dollars.

$50.01-100.00 = $13.99
$100.01-150.00 = $14.99

- How long will my package take to arrive?
Delivery time varies from 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks in North America. We are not responsible for packages that are held at the border. If you need your package urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order for an express shipping quote.
For International shipping please email us to let us know if you would prefer your order to come express. Extra charges may apply.
- As an international customer, do I have any extra fees?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these charges. We have no control over these fees.
- Do you offer gift boxes?
We do offer gift packaging in boxes and/or bags for Canadian customers. Please enquire via e-mail with your specific needs. We will gladly accomodate with wrapping paper, gift cards or gift boxes.
We regret that we cannot send international orders in gift boxes due to customs restrictions.
