If you require an exchange or return on your purchase you must first contact the shipping department via email to receive a "Return Authorization Number". This can be done by e-mailing     shipping.maximumwoman@gmail.com Please provide in the email your name, Order ID number, a description of what it is you need to return / exchange and the reason for the return / exchange. You will receive a reply either by e-mail or telephone directly from the shipping department. Once you have obtained your "Return Authorization Number" ship the items as directed in the email from the shipping dept. to:

** Ensure that all items are unworn, in perfect condition, have no stains, soils tears or damage of any kind, have original tags attached and be returned with all accessories including shrugs, shawls and scarves.
** Ensure to read Exchange / Return Policy if unsure which category your items fall under.

**NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER !!! **

Items should be received within 30 days (postmarked no later than 15 days)

When we receive the merchandise, depending on your selection, we will either credit the original form of payment, issue store credit (for sale items or formal dresses), or exchange for desired items. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns will be processed within 5-15 business days after we receive the returned garment.  Credits are issued in a timely manner in the form of original payment minus shipping, handling, rush fees and any bank fees.
